Lottie's Creamery is located in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. We hand make our ice cream in small batches.
We're the Bay Area's only micro-creamery pasteurizing our ingredients on
site for maximum control over the flavor and texture of each unique
batch.
Here's a list of flavors we're still dreaming up:

Deb was practically raised in the kitchen. Her mother, a culinary educator,
passed down to Deb what her mother, Lottie, had instilled in her: an
old-world sensibility and emphasis on unadulterated seasonal
ingredients.
At eight years old she declared to her family that one day she would own her own ice cream stand named Lickity Split. While the details have changed slightly, Deb has held true to her childhood dream!
Her love of food, specifically ice cream, led her to culinary school at Diablo Valley College, followed by a job as a Pastry Cook at Ici Ice Cream, the premier artisan ice cream destination in Berkeley. At Ici, Deb learned to make ice cream in a commercial kitchen, much like she learned to make it at home: relying fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Deb graduated from the Ice Cream Short Course, a workshop for artisan ice cream producers at Penn State University in January 2012.
She is excited to evoke childhood memories, and explore unique flavors with her batch-pasteurized artisan ice cream.
