Lottie’s Creamery Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations
Eligibility: This sweepstake is open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older as of February 10th, 2023. Employees of Lottie’s Creamery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 10th, 2023, and ends on June 30th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
No purchase necessary: A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
How to Enter: Participants may enter the sweepstakes either by completing the stamp card in the Lottie’s Creamery scoop shops in Danville or Walnut Creek (purchasing 10 ice cream scoop items) or by completing the online entry form (choosing one of the social media options). In order to enter participants must include their name, email address, and phone number. One entry per person is allowed per stamp card, or per entry form.
Prize: The winner will receive one year of free ice cream, which consists of three free scoops of ice cream per week for 52 weeks, starting on July 1st, 2023, and ending on June 30th, 2024. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Prize cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
Drawing and Notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place on July 1st, 2023. The winner does not have to be present in order to win. The winner will be notified by email and text within three business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within seven days of the first attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.
Conditions: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the sponsor (Lottie’s Creamery), which are final and binding in all respects. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any errors or omissions in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor (Lottie’s Creamery), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability, damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Disputes: This sweepstake shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
Privacy Policy: The sponsor (Lottie’s Creamery) will use the personal information collected from participants for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and for promotional purposes unless otherwise indicated by the participant.
